RESUMO |
Após diversas conversas informais com membros da reitoria do Centro Universitário Unifacvest e alunos bolsistas, constatou-se que o setor de Bolsas do UNIEDU estava precisando de um aprimoramento, ou seja, uma reestruturação organizacional que o deixasse mais didático, mais prático, com fácil acesso e entendimento do corpo de colaboradores que compõem o setor, para que estes, pudessem orientar com clareza os candidatos a bolsa UNIEDU. |

ABSTRACT |
This report presents an approach on the Scholarship Program of the Government of the State of Santa Catarina, UNIEDU, aimed at Undergraduate courses at Higher Education Institutions. The proposal was, a priori, directed to the Facvest University Center - UNIFACVEST and built from interviews with the IES rectory, with professionals working in the UNIEDU Scholarship sector, scholarship candidates and scholarship holders, with the aim of improving, streamline and standardize customer service, in this case academics. It is configured as a qualitative research referring to the service to the academic (a) already carried out in the UNIEDU sector, as well as a pertinent bibliographical research to the difficulties encountered in the same, with the purpose of offering Unifacvest employees a continuous formation for improvement. The proposal materialized in the production of a Tutorial in the format of a comic book, containing dialogues between candidates, scholarship holders and collaborators of the UNIEDU sector, about the rules pertinent to the Program and the direct explanation of the doubts encountered in the moments of registration, maintenance until closing from the bag. |
